TERMS & CONDITIONS

Basic Policies

  • $500 (US) Tour deposit per person is due 90 days prior to Tour departure date 
  • Deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to another tour
  • All payments due 30 days prior to Tour departure date
  • 15% discount for returning guests
  • 10% discount for couples or friends booking together
  • Alternate Itineraries: $250/night


Cancellations & Refund Policy

Guests may cancel their tour at any time and will receive a refund per the following:

  • 100% up to 30 days prior to Tour departure date
  • 50% between 15 and 30 days prior to Tour departure date
  • 25% between 15 and 10 days prior to Tour departure date
  • 0% less than 10 days prior to Tour departure date
  • Deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to another tour
